Clinical electives are offered in many topics and subspecialties of medicine. These electives are two or four weeks in length. In the third and fourth year of medical school, students need to complete 22 weeks of clinical electives. Additional two weeks of clinical training will be credited to students for completion of Community Primary Care Preceptorship (CPCP) in years one and two.
