Hello, My name is Elijah Rouse and I graduated from The University of Cincinnati with a B.S. and M.S in Nutritional Sciences, where I also served as an adjunct professor, teaching a freshman-level nutrition course! After graduating I worked as an EMT-B at Chester Township Fire Department as well as part-time at a private ambulance company. I’m the first in my family to go to college, let alone pursue medicine as a career. In my free time I enjoy working out, hiking, cooking, watching sports (Go Bearcats!), or serving as a mentor for foster youth (I’m an emancipated foster youth myself).
