Fellowship in Maternal Fetal Medicine

An accredited Fellowship program in Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) was created in 2017 at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center with the goal of preparing fellows for productive careers in academic medicine. The program takes advantage of the breadth of research interests of the active faculty and the educational opportunities available to postdoctoral fellows at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center and the co-located Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and School of Graduate Studies. By design, it provides a progressive program of scientific inquiry, clinical competence, and didactic learning based on the educational objectives published the Obstetrics and Gynecology, which accredits the fellowship. Graduates of the program will possess the full range of clinical, educational and investigative competencies necessary to become successful clinician-scientists.
