Goal of Study:
The goal is to determine the effectiveness of community-based screening approaches for HIV-associated TB using chronic cough (cough > 2 weeks) as a screening tool among community households and household contacts of index TB cases.
Objectives of Study:
- To determine the effectiveness of community-based screening for HIV-associated TB using chronic cough (cough > 2 weeks) as a screening tool
- To determine the effectiveness of screening for HIV-associated TB among household contact of infectious TB cases
- To compare clinical outcomes between patients identified through the community-based screening and the household based screening approaches
