In today's high-pressure work environments, many leaders operate in survival mode—from juggling competing demands to navigating constant change and reacting to challenges with increasing exhaustion.

Case Western Reserve University faculty and staff members are invited to join the Wellness Program for an eight-week program—”The Conscious Leadership Edge: The Human Advantage”—designed to help participants:

  • Shift from reactivity and burnout to resilience and purposeful impact; and
  • Lead with greater intention, calmness and connection.

Led by Tamsin Astor, cognitive neuroscientist and executive coach, this online program will combine cutting-edge brain science, practical habit-building and leadership tools to lead more intentionally, effectively and humanely at work and home.

Those part of the program will complete a mix of weekly Zoom sessions with Astor and individual work using a portal, which will be included.

Highlights of the program include:

  • 30 self-paced videos and worksheets, which will be delivered Monday through Friday;
  • Weekly live calls for reflection, community and coaching;
  • Meditation, breath work and neuroscience tools from HeartMath; and
  • Journaling prompts for daily awareness and leadership growth.

Workshop sessions will take place Mondays and Fridays, from Sept. 22 to Nov. 14 between noon and 12:45 p.m.

Register for this program.
