Join Reflection Point
Building connection and community across Case Western Reserve is a core value of the University Wellness Program. Reflection Point, one of the program’s long-term wellness series, brings professor-led literature seminars to the university to build confidence, critical thinking, communication, collaboration and creativity among faculty and staff.
Over the course of 12 weeks, the group will discuss three different books. Through shared narratives, Reflection Point encourages and nurtures work cultures rooted in trust, open dialogue and strong social connection—all critical elements of wellbeing.
The spring 2026 Reflection Point group will meet weekly on Thursdays from Jan. 22 through March 16. To maximize group interaction and ensure a quality program experience, a firm commitment to attend each session is encouraged.
Anyone interested in joining the spring 2026 Reflection Point group should contact Elizabeth Click at erc10@case.edu. New participants will have first priority for registration. All benefits-eligible faculty and staff may register.
Participation will count towards the Community Well-being Program Incentive for all currently monthly Wellness Incentive recipients.
