Trauma-Informed Practice Interventions
The Trauma Center held a 1 day training institute (6 CEUs) on October 13, 2018. The Institute contained two 3-hour workshops, both aimed at enhancing the skill set of practitioners working with traumatized individuals, families, and communities, and both being delivered by survivors of trauma and adversity.

Mark Lilly presented a resilience-based curricula for incorporating trauma-sensitive yoga, mindfulness practices, and breath work into treatment of traumatized populations.
