James Arnold is the Assistant Director of Sustainability at Case Western Reserve University. He leads campus-wide recycling, composting, and waste reduction efforts, and advances initiatives in bird strike mitigation, sustainable operations, and Tree Campus USA. James works closely with students, faculty, and staff to promote a culture of sustainability across the university.
He holds a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship from the University of Missouri–Kansas City and a Bachelor of Science in Business – Marketing from Miami University. James lives in Cleveland Heights with his wife and two daughters, and enjoys coaching youth soccer, playing the game himself, and spending time outdoors, especially on family trips to the Adirondack Mountains.
