Our commitment doesn't end at your site launch. The UMC web team provides ongoing support and maintenance to keep your website running smoothly and up-to-date.
In addition to server and security maintenance, our team also offers support to all of our Drupal users as they make updates in the CMS in the form of:
- Help desk support
- Regular 1:1 drop-in sessions custamized to any questions you have
- Continued training opportunities for Drupal users, including a Canvas course that is available 24/7 if you need a refresher as you make website updates
