Meet this week’s Woman in Tech, Diana Zarela, a CWRU Systems and Control Engineering student. “Having been in classes that are 80% or 90% men, having heard a lot about passive-aggressive digs at women in the workplace,” she thinks programs like CWRU WIT Initiative are important to inspire young women to pursue their careers in tech.
