As members of the CWRU community, emeriti may have access to special pricing on goods, services, and entertainment. Contact the individual business for detailed information.
Emeriti receive additional benefits through CWRU. Many of these are detailed below:
1) Office Space
If space is available within the home academic department, emeriti faculty may retain an office on campus. If space is limited, emeriti may request assistance from the dean.
2) Business Cards
Emeriti faculty can purchase business cards with the CWRU logo through the Office of Emeriti Affairs.
3) Athletic Facilities
The Veale Convocation, Recreation and Athletic Center and Wyant Athletics and Wellness Center are the hub of the university's physical education, athletics, and intramural programs. Emeriti faculty with a CWRU ID card are invited to use these facilities during normal hours of operation and enjoy free towel service. In order to access these facilities, emeriti should visit the Issue Room at the Veale Center to complete the necessary paperwork. Lockers are also available to rent for the academic year at no cost.

4) University Libraries
Emeriti continue to have access to a wealth of information through university libraries. These include:
- Kelvin Smith Library (now includes Astronomy Library and Kulas Music Library)
- Cleveland Health Sciences Library
- Health Center Library
- Allen Memorial Medical Library
- Dittrick Medical History Center
- Judge Ben C. Green Law Library
- Lillian F. & Milford J. Harris Library, which serves the Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences
