Tiffany McNamara has over 15 years of experience in innovation, entrepreneurship, and team leadership and is the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships & Business Development for Sears think[box]. Her academic contributions include teaching courses in entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship, and human-centered design, and she has played a significant role in mentoring entrepreneurs and fostering a supportive environment for start-up ventures. Additionally, she has a track record of developing and leading high-performing teams within the university setting. Tiffany holds a B.S. in Biology from The University of Toledo, and an MBA from Weatherhead School of Management.
