NEOSVF

The Northeast Ohio Student Venture Fund (NEOSVF) is a student-run venture capital fund that makes small investments in local startups. Students have the opportunity to research and network with dozens of exciting local startups while learning about entrepreneurship and venture capital in the process. Please email ajl276@case.edu for more information.

VCIC (Venture Capital Investment Competition) logo
Venture Capital Investment Competition (VCIC)

The Global VCIC is the world’s largest venture capital competition with over 120 university and graduate school teams competing. VCIC is the only place where students get to be VCs for the day and startups get an accelerator for the fundraising process.

Impact Investing Competition

Hosted by the Fowler Center, the Impact Investing Competition provides students the opportunity to network with employers in the Cleveland and impact investment fields and other Weatherhead students, gain insight into social enterprise and sustainable value creation, apply valuable academic skills to a real world investment situation and enhance presentation and teamwork skills.

Venture for America

Founded by former Democratic presidential candidate Andrew Yang, Venture for America (VFA) is a 2-year fellowship program that connects recent graduates with jobs at startups. Upon completing the program, fellows have access to VFA’s resources, including a crowdfunding competition, accelerator, and seed fund, to start their own company.
