First annual Speed Mentoring event to host mentors from Philips, Progressive, UH Ventures and more

Do you have an idea for an invention but are struggling with next steps? Are you considering founding or participating in a startup company, and looking to receive feedback?

Join us on Tuesday, September 26, from 4 to 6 p.m. for Speed Mentoring: Inventor, Innovator and Entrepreneur Structured Networking, presented in partnership with JumpStart’s Burton D. Morgan Mentoring Program and CWRU Alumni, Community Investors and Members of the National Academy of Inventors.

This action-packed, quick mentoring event is focused on providing CWRU faculty, students and alumni with an opportunity to share their idea—whether just conceptual or ready for launch—with experienced faculty inventors, entrepreneurs, investors and innovators.

Participants will rotate through selective stations staffed by peer inventors, innovative alumni and regional investors including professionals from Philips, Progressive, UH Ventures, JumpStart’s Burton D. Morgan Mentoring Program, CWRU members of the National Academy of Inventors and the CWRU alumni network.

We’re excited to welcome these individuals as our mentors and look forward to connecting you all!
