Day of Giving
Case Western Reserve University’s 2023 Day of Giving on April 4 is a chance for alumni, faculty, students and friends to give back to the campus causes that are most meaningful to them.
From student scholarships and emergency funds to groundbreaking research and diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, groups across campus are working to improve myriad aspects of the Case Western Reserve experience.
This campuswide campaign allows individuals to support the school, institute or program about which they are most passionate.
Anyone can get involved by:
- making a one-time gift to Case Western Reserve University,
- committing to monthly support, or
- becoming an advocate and spreading the word about #CWRUMakesItPossible through social media.

Support #GivingTuesdayatCWRU
GivingTuesday is a global movement recognized the week following Thanksgiving to encourage generosity and “unleash the power of people.” At Case Western Reserve University, it’s a chance for students, faculty, alumni and friends to make a difference on campus and beyond by supporting student-led organizations and causes.
In 2022, 404 members of the university community participated in the crowdfunding event, contributing a total of $49,067 to 56 student groups with various missions and activities. The next #GivingTuesdayatCWRU will take place on Nov. 28, 2023—check back in the fall for more details.
