Case Med Pride will host a seminar on transgender care on Monday, Sept. 27, from 6 to 7 p.m. in room 199A/B in Samson Pavilion, located on the Health Education Campus. It will feature three distinguished physicians:
- Shubham Gupta, MD, director of the Surgical Gender Affirmation Program in the University Hospitals Urology Institute and division chief of Reconstructive Urology at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center;
- Cecile Ferrando, MD, MPH, Cleveland Clinic’s director of surgical services in the Transgender Surgery & Medicine Program, fellowship director of Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery, and program director of the Transgender Surgery Fellowship; and
- Henry Ng, MD, MPH, Cleveland Clinic’s director of Transgender Surgery & Medicine Program, associate medical director of its Center for LGBTQ+ Care, and section head of internal medicine at Lakewood Family Health Center.
