Alison, MS in Anatomy
Alison is from Vancouver, Canada, and is passionate about building meaningful connections in both academic and personal settings. She appreciates being part of a smaller program, which offers unique opportunities to form close relationships with fellow students and faculty. Alison aspires to attend medical school and become a pediatric surgeon. Outside of her academic interests, she enjoys crocheting, reading, and playing the violin.
Brianna, MS in Anatomy
Brianna is from San Antonio, Texas, and is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Applied Anatomy. She immensely enjoys the close-knit nature, the shared goals, and the cooperativity of the program. She is aiming to attend medical school, and volunteers with organizations such as Judson Park, Red Cross, and the Cleveland Sight Center as a way of understanding the community. In her free time, she enjoys reading, bouldering, and junk journaling.
Hailey, MS in Anatomy
Hailey is from Grand Junction, Colorado and is furthering her academic expertise through the pursuit of her M.S. in Applied Anatomy. She enjoys the close-knit relationships formed through the program and the plethora of opportunities available inside and outside of the classroom. She appreciates how through the diverse assortment of classes, collaborative social environment, and facilitation of active community involvement the program helps set its students up for success. In the future, Hailey plans to attend medical school and specialize in Surgery or Internal Medicine. Outside of the world of academia, she enjoys reading, playing volleyball, drawing, gardening, and learning about other cultures and languages.
Kaname, MS in Anatomy
Kaname is from Kyoto, Japan, and is currently pursuing his Master of Science in Applied Anatomy. He values the program's hands-on learning experiences through dissections, which provide a deep understanding of human anatomy. He especially appreciates how facilities actively participate in the lab sessions, allowing for close and collaborative exchanges of ideas. Kaname’s long-term goal is to become a medical examiner. In his free time, he enjoys playing rugby as a member of the Cleveland Crusaders.
Ouen, MS in Anatomy
Ouen is from Elbasan, Albania, and is pursuing his Master of Science in Applied Anatomy. He values the nature of the smaller program, where communication is easy and bonds form readily between fellow students and staff; as well as the practical experience gained through the courses, particularly during cadaver dissections. Ouen’s long-term goal is to become either a cardiothoracic or neuro surgeon and work closely with the Cleveland Clinic. In his free time, he enjoys martial arts, video games, Warhammer, and D&D.
