EnRICH 

EnRICH is a voluntary program that gives trainees the opportunity to explore their career options available to them and receive hands-on experiences and interactions with biomedical companies and organizations.

Individual Development Plans (IDP) 

IDPs provide a planning platform that identifies both professional and development needs and career objectives and develops a plan for short term needs and tools to improve your current performance.

Graduate Professional Development Center

The Graduate Professional Development Center was created to provide professional development resources and programs for graduate students and postdocs. The center collaborates with CWRU schools and departments to provide these services.

Professional Development Seminar Series 

Through the Graduate Education Office at the School of Medicine, this seminar series incorporates a wide range of content suited to meet the needs of both master’s and doctoral students as well as postdocs. The purpose is to provide various opportunities aimed at personal growth and professional development through introducing career paths available to biomedical graduates, giving workshops and seminars for those preparing for professional schools, and overall developing core competencies of leadership.
