Bioinformatician
We are seeking a qualified bioinformatician with experience analyzing RNA sequencing data, including read-mapping to human and bacterial genomes, differential gene expression and pathway analyses, and single-cell RNAseq data analysis using Seurat and related packages. Experience with multi-modal analyses, including transcriptomics, T cell receptor clonotypes, oligo-conjugated antibodies and/or ATAC-seq data is preferred.
