Alzheimer's Association - Cleveland Chapter serves patients with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, and supports their families and caregivers throughout  Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, and Lorain counties. They are are also committed to advocating for the needs and rights of those facing Alzheimer's disease, and advancing critical research toward methods of treatment, prevention and, ultimately, a cure.

The Cleveland Foundation seeks to enhance the lives of all residents of Greater Cleveland by working together with our donors to build community endowment, address needs through grantmaking, and provide leadership on key community issues.

The Dean Paras Foundation funds research into neuroendocrine cancer, and a graduate fellowship in Biomedical Engineering at Vanderbilt University, with its annual 5K walk/run.

The Fairview Park Senior Life Department assists residents of Fairview Park aged 55 and older with the concerns of growing older. They offer everything from blood pressure screenings to computer training courses and free legal assistance and tax preparation.

InMotion is a nonprofit organization devoted to the health and well-being of those affected by Parkinson’s disease. All exercise, education and support programs are free of charge to clients and those who care for them.
