CWRU Child Care Subsidy applications accepted through May 15

Applications for Case Western Reserve University’s Child Care Subsidy Program will be accepted now through Friday, May 15, for child care expenses incurred during the 2026 fiscal year.

All eligible faculty, staff, postdocs and students are encouraged to visit the Child Care Subsidy Programs website to become familiar with the program and eligibility criteria, as well as reimbursement.

Please note that:

  • The university will subsidize up to $2,000 per fiscal year to support the cost of childcare for children ages six and under (as of July 1, 2025) of eligible faculty, staff, postdocs and students. Families are limited to one subsidy per fiscal year.
  • Parents must apply annually to receive the subsidy, which will be based on household adjusted gross income.
  • Applications are available on the Child Care Subsidy Program webpage. There are two separate applications: one for faculty and staff and another for postdocs and students.
  • All applications must be received on or before Friday, May 15, at 11:59 p.m.
