Focus on your well-being this summer with the University Wellness Program

Faculty and staff members are encouraged to join Case Western Reserve University Wellness Program for at least 30 minutes each week to explore new ways to foster well-being in life. 

On alternating Tuesdays and Wednesdays now through August, the program will host Weekly Wellness Breaks, featuring facilitators who will lead experiential activities to help participants center themselves, relax and reduce stress. Participants will also have the opportunity to experience mindfulness, stretching, mindful movement, Yoga Nidra and other exercises that aim to provide a brief respite. 

Tranquil Tuesdays will be held from 9 to 9:30 a.m. May 19, June 2, June 16, June 30, July 14, July 28, Aug. 11 and Aug. 25. 

Wellness Wednesdays will be May 27, June 10, June 24, July 8, July 22, Aug. 5 and Aug. 19.
