Physical Space & Amenities: This brand new residence hall includes a bike room, two music practice rooms, trash chutes on every floor, a building lounge w/ full kitchen, residential floor lounges w/ kitchenettes, a laundry room on every floor, and central air conditioning.
Community Features: Fayette House is located next to the hillside and the elephant stairs and is near Cleveland's "Little Italy" neighborhood. Residents are in walking distance of many restaurants and bakeries.

Living on-campus during the summer comes with its own unique flair and differences from the academic year. Residents still have support in the form of Residence Life's summer staff and retain access to many of the same resources available during the academic year.
Below you will find specific hours, support services, and resource-based information to help you successfully navigate living on-campus this summer.
The Summer Experience is supported by our Central Office of Residence Life but managed by the Residential Community Director for Fayette House. They supervise the Summer Experience team of one (1) Summer Graduate Resident Director and eight (8) Summer Resident Assistants.

Our Summer RA team maintains a nightly on-call rotation that is readily available to assist you. Our on-call system will respond to issues directly from student outreach or through Public Safety's Dispatch system.

Summer Residents have 24/7 continuous access to their specific residential facility. Anyone not living in summer housing is considered a guest and should be hosted by a resident living in that building. Exceptions are granted when a resident is attending a community event or meeting.
As during the academic year, you may find yourself locked out of your room or building. We provide lockout service to all summer residents free or charge. Below are specific instructions for lockouts and access issues based on the time of day.
Self-Service Lockouts: residents living in summer housing can complete a self-service let-in if they are locked out in their room through their myHousing. This requires access to Duo dual factor authentication on a personal device.
Daytime Lockouts: Residents locked out of their building or room space during the day should proceed to the South Residential Village Area Office located in Fribley Commons.
Note that the Area Office is only open during specific business hours. Please view these hours and more information about Area Office services here.
Overnight Lockouts: Outside of Fribley Area Office business hours, residents are able to utilize the Residence Life on-call system for support if they become locked out of their building or room space.
Our Summer Resident Assistants On-Call (S-RAOC) provide the following coverage for both building and room lockouts:
| Days | Times | |
|---|---|---|
| Weekdays | Sunday - Thursday | 8pm - 8am |
| Weekends | Friday & Saturday | 8pm - Noon |
