Students will move into their summer housing assignment between May 22-24 unless otherwise communicated. It is expected that you remain on campus during spring transition so you are prepared to move.
When it is time to begin moving in, please follow the check-in process:
- STJ Residents - use the self-check in on MyHousing. This will activate your ID card for your summer assignment. You will still have access to your spring assignment until May 24.
- Hazel Apartments - go to the Area Office in Wade Commons to officially check-in and pick up your key fob for Hazel. The key fob is used to enter the building and your apartment. You will still have access to your spring assignment until May 24.
What if I am staying in the same assignment from spring to summer?
You will use a slightly different process. Starting on May 22 on MyHousing, you will need to FIRST do a self-checkout of your spring assignment and then SECOND do a self-check in to your summer assignment. Checking in will reactivate your ID card for the summer session.
