Acclaimed restaurant proprietor, Matt Fish, has opened his first establishment on a college campus and offers several signature favorites from his Melt Bar & Grilled menu, as well as exclusive CWRU-themed sandwiches only available at Melt U, the Case Western BBQ and The Spartan Burger.

At PK's, we desire to create inspired comfort food. We have a full-flavored menu offering a variety of options - from entrees and sandwiches to side and desserts. Michelson and Morley is an American-style bistro with full bar, seasonal patio and private dining room.  The menu features fresh, locally-sourced and seasonal ingredients.  In addition to the lunch menu, Michelson and Morley is available for private catering functions.

The restaurant name is a result of a student contest and honors the Michelson-Morley experiment that took place in 1887 at the Case School of Applied Science and nearby Western Reserve College. This collaboration resulted in the awarding of the Nobel Prize in physics to Albert Michelson in 1907 and the findings initiated a line of research that eventually led to Einstein’s theory of relativity.
