The header and footer of your website are custom to your site and will appear on every page of your website. These areas are branded to match University styling, and the looks of these areas cannot change. If content changes need to be made to the header or footer of your website, such as if your campus location changes or your site name needs to be updated, please contact us by submitting a help desk ticket to let us know what needs to be revised and we can assist you with the updates.
Header
The header is located at the top of your website and contains the Case Western Reserve University logo, as well as the website’s name. If the website is located within a specific school or unit, the school or unit name will also appear in the header. Beneath the header is your website’s navigation. Footer
The footer is located at the bottom of your website. This is where your campus location, mailing address, and contact information is held. If there are social media accounts you would like to feature, these will be highlighted in the footer area of the website as well. The footer also contains mandatory legal notices and other important information regarding all Case Western Reserve University websites.
