Beau Daane is a Duke-educated corporate sustainability and real estate professional with over 15 years of experience in leadership roles across multiple sectors including publicly traded companies in the travel and mining industries. At Norwegian Cruise Line (NYSE: NCLH) (2020) and Covia (NYSE: CVIA) (2013-2019), he worked with executive management and at the board level to identify, manage and report on high impact sustainability topics. At the same time, he also ran a private real estate development company focused on rehab projects in Cleveland's renaissance neighborhoods, leveraging low acquisition costs, tax incentives and reduced rate financing to build a successful portfolio. Beau completed his MBA at Case Western Reserve University in 2012 and his certificate in Appreciative Inquiry in 2013. Beau served on the board of the Western Reserve Land Conservancy for ten years, served on the Vestry of Trinity Episcopal Cathedral in Cleveland for three years, and enjoys fitness, gardening, tutoring and advancing lgbtq equality.
