Ayushee Agarwal is a current full-time MBA candidate at Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
She is a Company Secretary and a lawyer having 9+ years of diverse research, teaching, entrepreneurial, corporate, legal and consulting experience in India. She holds a PhD from National Law School of India University, Bengaluru in corporate governance and sustainability. During her corporate employment experience, she was responsible for leading the legal function, ensuring compliances and advising management about potential risks. As an entrepreneur, her venture was focussed on providing green/ gardening solutions in urban spaces, where she led business development, product and HR functions. She is passionate about sustainability, social innovation and entrepreneurship. She is particularly interested to drive change through multi-stakeholder partnerships and create impact by advocating companies to integrate sustainability as a part of their core business strategy.
Ayushee loves to travel and in her free time enjoys cooking, painting and writing. She and her husband are set to start their journey as parents and eagerly waiting to welcome their baby boy this year!
