Nikita Tayal is pursuing a full-time STEM MBA at Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. She has 5+ years of work experience in IT consulting, specializing in Database and Data Analytics. She is associated with Cognizant and Virtusa for her work experience. She holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering with Honors from Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, India. During her employment with Cognizant as an Associate, she was responsible for providing client resolutions and analyzing the data requirements in the telecom domain. As a Software Developer in Virtusa, she developed and managed critical Banking projects as a part of a new requirement.
She is associated with Ullas Trust - a POLARIS CSR initiative with a primary motive to recognize academic excellence in students from the economically challenged sections of our society and encourage the 'Can Do' spirit towards chasing their dreams and aspirations. She is also involved with Robin Hood Army- a volunteer-based zero fund organization to provide surplus food to less fortunate sections of society.
Nikita is adventurous and loves to travel, and her hobby includes reading novels, traveling and writing. She wishes to travel across the world to explore different cultures.
