Dwayne Naylor

Dwayne Naylor is a Doctor of Management Candidate, Case Western Reserve University. Mr. Naylor is also a Fowler Center - Business as an Agent of World Benefit - Fellow, and Weatherhead School of Management Non-Profit Fellow. His research interests include: How do CEOs Lead Values-Based Financial Institutions. He is currently President of Civic Federal Credit Union, which is the first comprehensive digital only credit union in the United States. He served as Executive Vice President at Langley Federal Credit Union ($1.8 billion) in Virginia before returning to Local Government Federal Credit Union ($2 billion) as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Naylor started his credit union career at State Employees' Credit Union ($38 billion) where he held numerous executive positions. Mr. Naylor earned a Global MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a B.S. from East Carolina University. He is a 2015 graduate of Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton.
