Jennifer Madden is a researcher, teacher and organization development professional providing strategy, resource development, technical assistance and capacity building. Her work involves comprehensive analysis and assessment. Grounded in research, the results inform a sustainable program design and implementation strategy advancing social innovation and neighborhood rejuvenation, actualizing what Madden calls "Rejuvenative Innovation". Over the past 12 months her strategy has secured nearly $9 million in grant funding for local nonprofit organizations. Madden is a triple alumna of Case Western Reserve University with a PhD in Management: Designing Sustainable Systems from the Weatherhead School of Management, a Master's Degree in Nonprofit Management, and a Bachelor's Degree as an Economics and American Studies double major. Madden is also a Nonprofit Management Research Fellow and a Management Design Fellow. Madden is an Assistant Professor of Management & Marketing at Carthage College.
