Larry Clay is a research fellow with the Fowler Center for Business as an Agent of World Benefit within the Weatherhead School of Management DM program. His research interest is in sustainable cities, particularly in sustainable development performance, including multi-stakeholder processes and leadership decision making. His past experience includes managing territories in the healthcare industry representing companies such Pfizer, Sepracor, and B & C Health Services. Over the last few years, he has founded Rainmaker Strategic Management, a business management consultancy that focuses on creating sustainable value and sustainable innovation for a wide range of organizations. He is an enthusiastic writer, and from time to time enjoys the outdoors, culinary cooking, the arts, and music of all genre.
