Redda is an enthusiast and positive dreamer who has dedicated his life to making Africa a better place to live. Born and raised in Ivory Coast, he has received his engineering degree in France and is also an alumnus of Hec Paris (eMBA) and Harvard Business School (OPM50). He is the founder of AITEK Group, one of the leading companies operating in the IT industry across all of Africa with the vision to have a positive impact leveraging the exponential convergence of technologies to solve the challenges of the continent. He is also the co-academic director of Challenge + Africa, an HEC Paris program helping entrepreneurs to build winning companies. As a doctoral student, he is a research fellow with the Fowler Center for Business as an Agent of World Benefit and his focus is to understand how Artificial Intelligence can help organizations to build high performance teams leveraging psychological and cognitive factors. At the personal level, he is passionate about obstacle course racing and a loving father of his two daughters Wafa and Kahina.
