Suzanne M. Piotrowski is an innovative facilitator, executive leadership coach and organizational change agent. In addition to her work with entrepreneurs, established leaders and global organizations, she enjoys working with people passionate about high impact social and community change. BadFish is dedicated to helping people think, do and be different so they may develop positive, adaptive change capabilities in themselves, their teams and their organizations.
She has over twenty years of strategy, talent management, leadership and change leadership experience working with at all levels and with many types and sizes of organizations. Her clients range from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies, including a # 1 on Great Place to Work, a Top 100 Global Innovator, and a Modern Marvel” on the show of the same name.
Suzanne has a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Rochester Institute of Technology and is a Doctor of Management Candidate at Case Western Reserve University. In addition to running BadFish, she teaches globally for Rochester Institute of Technology, is active in her community and is an organizer of TEDx Rochester. Suzanne’s research explores the role of play in teams that successfully innovate.
