Marìa Bello is an MBA candidate at Weatherhead. She was born in Caracas, Venezuela where she obtained a degree in Translation and Interpreting from the Universidad Central de Venezuela in 2011. Before enrolling in business school Marìa worked for the United Nations University Biotechnology Programme for Latin America and the Caribbean. Through her experience with the UNU she became interested in sustainability and environmental awareness and how to apply these principles to become an agent of positive change for the world. This strong motivation is what made her to join the Fowler Center upon her arrival to campus.
