Rachel Horvath is a first-year graduate student in the Full-Time MBA Program. She believes in the power of companies to improve their communities, the environment, and create positive social change in and around the workplace, and looks forward to making an impact as a BAWB Fellow.
Prior to beginning her MBA at Weatherhead, Rachel worked at Procter & Gamble as a Team Leader and Project Manager in Product Supply. A graduate of Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business, Rachel specialized in Operations Management with a minor in Chinese Language and Culture. Rachel discovered a passion for research during her time at Ohio State, and graduated with Honors Research Distinction.
In her free time, Rachel enjoys golf, running, and exploring the Cleveland Metroparks near her Lakewood home.
