Bridget Flowers

Customer Service

Bridget Flowers began her career at Case Western Reserve University in July 1991, brought in to assist with insurance claim preparation following a major fire in Adelbert Hall. Upon completion of the fire claim, she continued working part-time at the university in all facets of insurance and additional responsibilities with university buildings and properties. She came onboard full-time in 2004 working with the Vice President for Facilities Management and Operations as University Space Administrator and Executive Aide. In 2008, while retaining her role as University Space Administrator, she was promoted to Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President for Administration. Flowers was named Director of Customer Service for Campus Planning and Facilities Management in March 2020. The Customer Service Center provides a central point of contact to assist with questions, service requests or unresolved issues pertaining to any unit within Campus Planning and Facilities Management.
