Customer Service

The Customer Service Center provides a central point of contact to assist the Case Western Reserve University community with service requests and provide assistance with questions or unresolved issues pertaining to any unit within the Department of Campus Planning & Facilities Management. We strive to do this through consistent, high-quality service and coordination of efforts with the appropriate university departments.
