​Customer Service launches new work request system

CWRU has purchased next-generation software from Brightly Software called Asset Essentials for work order management. This new software will be used by faculty and staff to submit electronic maintenance and custodial requests in the same manner you did in the SchoolDude Maintenance Direct system. Asset Essentials will provide the Customer Service Center and Facilities Services more thorough detail and tracking of work requests. Requestors will be able to track their work request progress from origination to completion. 

Customer Service and Facilities began migrating to this new platform July 1. Beginning Nov. 15, all new requests will be entered into Asset Essentials and Maintenance Direct will no longer be available to requesters.
