Maintenance Direct is the preferred method of submitting service requests on campus. This service helps us to promptly attend to your issues and concerns and allows the requester to attach files and track their service requests.
Routine requests that should be directed to the Customer Service Center include:
- Campus Grounds and Landscaping
- E-Waste 1
- Heating and Air Conditioning
- Lock Repairs/Replacements
- Pest Issues 2
- Trash Removal

Case Western Reserve University has an enhanced partnership with RET3 Job Corp., a nonprofit organization dedicated to refurbishing and recycling electronic equipment to donate to the community. RET3's Green Computing Program provides refurbished computers to schools and non-profits in Northeast Ohio. Complete the online disposal request form to ensure proper disposal
