Service Requests

  • Room too hot or too cold?

Technology issues should be directed to the U-TECH help desk at 216.368.HELP.

 

Asset Essentials 

CWRU utilizes Asset Essentials for work management. Asset Essentials provides requestors, Customer Service, and Facilities Services with thorough detail and tracking of work requests. Requestors can track their work request progress from origination to completion.

Please complete the EVENT NOTIFICATION/SERVICE REQUEST FORM  2 weeks prior to your event if you are hosting an event on campus that requires support from Facilities Services such as custodial, trash removal, sprinkler shutoff, or electrical services,
