Mentoring is a great way to learn how to forge your career in entrepreneurship and there are multiple opportunities for mentoring at CWRU.
CWRU Venture Mentor Program
The Case Venture Mentor Program (CVMP) provides team mentoring to our young faculty, students and staff from a pool of local experts in a wide range of industries. Mentees are expected to have a specific project that they are working on.
The process stems from the MIT Venture Mentor Service, a hugely successful program that has spawned over 70 similar programs across the U.S and around the world. Their processes are shown to provide a more likely chance that the venture will succeed, and that mentoring works best in a conflict-free, confidential, safe environment.
CVMP will also provide workshops and seminars that are open to all on campus. Visit our news section for details on events.
If you are entrepreneurial-minded and would like to join the CVMP, or if you would like more information on becoming a mentor, please contact Anne DeChant via email or phone at 216-368-8867 for more details.
