Service Requests

Asset Essentials

CWRU utilizes next-generation software called Asset Essentials for work management. Asset Essentials provides requestors, Customer Service, and Facilities Services with thorough detail and tracking of work requests. 

Requestors can track their work request progress from origination to completion. We look forward to serving you through the new Asset Essentials system!

Event Support

If you are hosting an event on campus that requires Facilities Services support such as custodial, trash removal, sprinkler shutoff, or electrical services, please complete the event notification/service request form two weeks prior to your event.
