  • Scope: New nutrition teaching kitchen on the first floor of the Robbins Building
  • Total project area: 3,000 gross square feet
  • Instructors will teach up to 48 students in residential cooking techniques on domestic-type equipment. This includes range top cooking, baking in the oven, nutritional food preparation and other cooking techniques, in the manner of a residential kitchen.

Schedule:

  • Construction: Feb. 2022—Dec. 2022
  • Beneficial Occupancy Date (BOD): Jan. 5, 2023
