Scope: The project involved demolishing the existing garage structure, obtaining conditional use approval for business operations and renovating the exterior and interior of the existing building. The second-floor porch addition and the exterior door on the third floor were removed, while the interior was completely renovated to accommodate new community outreach programming. This space features offices for full-time CWRU staff, along with meeting and community areas. A new parking lot with lighting, an accessibility ramp made of composite wood with metal rails, and updated landscaping was also added.
