Scope of Project
The project involves demolishing the existing garage structure and preparing for the future vacating of E. 114th Place to consolidate the lot. The second-floor porch addition and the exterior door on the third floor will be removed, while the interior will be renovated to accommodate new community outreach programming. This space will feature offices for 4-5 full-time CWRU staff, along with meeting and community areas. A new parking lot with lighting, an accessibility ramp made of composite wood with metal rails, and updated landscaping will also be added.
