Community Card Frequently Asked Questions

Case Western Reserve is committed to being a “Good Neighbor” to our surrounding communities by deepening our presence in the neighborhoods and welcoming more neighbors to campus.  We wish to connect residents to CWRU resources and building bridges and community with our neighbors.

You can sign-up for a community card here.

The card is good for three years from the date it was issued.  It will then have to be renewed.

The CWRU cost $10 for a three year period.  Should you lose your card within the three year period the replacement card fee is $25.

No.  At this time, the card is limited to those that live in the neighborhoods contiguous to the university.

No. The CWRU Community Card is not transferable.

We are encouraging all new Community Card members to sign up for a campus tour.  You may register for a tour here. You are also welcome to take a virtual tour if you prefer.  An interactive map of the campus is available, as well as a downloadable map.
