The REACH Fellowship (Racial and Ethnic Approaches to Community Health) is seeking mentors for a six-month program to integrate culturally relevant foods, nutrition education and resources in produce-prescription programming offered at clinical sites across Cuyahoga County.
Mentors will lead a team of two as they design and implement the produce-prescription program.
Applicants can have experience in:
- Healthcare program delivery/implementation
- Food is medicine programs
- Local food sourcing
- Food distribution
- Accessing funding
- Grant applications/grant reporting
- Project management
- Regulations/licensing
- Other expertise to support a team developing and implementing a new food medicine program.
Mentors will meet with the team for up to six hours between April and August.
