The Benjamin Rose Institute on Aging invites you to attend an Interprofessional Simulation Training on Friday, Nov. 19, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. via Zoom video conference. This year’s simulation training, sponsored by Northeast Ohio Medical University and the Geriatric Workforce Enhancement Program (GWEP), will provide an opportunity for professionals to learn to work together to improve the lives of older adults.
This interprofessional webinar was developed by GWEP and will present an interactive experience where participants will learn strategies for coordinating a care team to address all areas of need for older adults. Some of the topics discussed will include medications, depression, capacity, abuse and neglect, and interprofessional collaboration.
There is no cost to attend the webinar. Continuing education is pending for Social Work, Nursing, Counseling, and Medicine.
