The program will begin in January, with mentors and mentees meeting at least once a month to discuss provided themes and topics.

Program participants will establish connections, promote professional development and create a support network within the LGBTQ+ STEM community at CWRU and beyond. LGBTQ+ professionals from any STEM-related discipline are welcome to sign up as mentors (academic and non-academic fields).

A time commitment of at least one hour per month and reliable communication is required.

Both professionals and undergraduate students interested in participating in the program should fill out this form before Jan. 19.
