Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine’s Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusive Excellence invites members of the campus community to its Hispanic Heritage Month keynote presentation and celebration. The event will take place Sept. 26 from noon to 2 p.m. in the Biomedical Research Building.
Gezzer Ortega, MD, of Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School, will deliver “Cutting into Health Advocacy and Equity.” A celebration of Hispanic culture, heritage and cuisine will follow in the lobby after the presentation.
