Seeking students for university team for interprofessional competition

The Office of Interprofessional Education, Research and Collaborative Practice will sponsor the registration fee for a team to compete in the 2022 CLinician Administrator Relationship Improvement OrganizatioN (CLARION) Interprofessional Healthcare Case Competition.

CLARION is a student-driven, staff/faculty-advised committee housed within the Center for Health Interprofessional Programs at the University of Minnesota.

It promotes the development of interprofessional relationships among health professional students through experiential learning opportunities inspiring systems-level changes focused on achieving health for all. CLARION’s signature program, the Case Competition, nurtures interprofessional communication and leadership, analytical reasoning, conflict resolution and systemic thinking.

The CLARION case topic for 2022 is Solving for Burnout: A focus on belonging in healthcare teams and organizations.The Case Competition will be held in a virtual format on April 8 and 9. 

National Case Competition Interprofessional Scholarship Fund Awards:

  • 1st Place: $7,500 team scholarship
  • 2nd Place: $5,000 team scholarship
  • 3rd Place: $2,500 team scholarship
